While Android is open source and can be modified to suit many devices, firmware and hardware drivers are most often not made readily available especially not the source code. Android won't run on a device without drivers for that specific device, so this means that you can't simply compile the code for Android and run it on your Windows phone.
So Here Is The methode to do this

Now Download Odin Any Version.You Can Find In download section
For More Than 512mb RAM Windows Phones Download This files
Rom 1: DOWNLOAD
Rom 2: DOWNLOAD
Rom 3: DOWNLOAD
Rom 4: DOWNLOAD
Now Download Odin Any Version.You Can Find In download section
Ok After downloading the files you have to download microsoft visual studio pro from there official site and install it .Now download the latest SDK from windows Official Site [Not download from torrents ]
Now open visual studio
Go to windows phone 8.1 tools in the drop down menu and select tools and click developer unlock the phone .just complete the steps and check for update ,the server installs the gateway and other apps
now your phone is dev unlocked which means we can insatll any thing in the phone via the official windows phone rom
"for those who own low versions of windows phone os can unlock the phone by using there respective sdk"
Now Download "Rom Patch.xap" From Downloads And Install it using the Application deployer .
Now open it in your phone and connect your phone to the pc. Enable Disk through the application now click reboot my phone in the application.
When The Phone Reboot Hold the volume up button
Now Connect the Phone to pc again And open odin And tick Auto reboot and re partition only and select the pit file [if don't have the pit file download it from download section ]
Now click start.
some phones don't shown in odin that means our rom patch don't work correctly .for those phone don't connect Rom patch App data files from the download section and copy the files to windows phone root directory Not in sd card .
Now the odin Flash the pit file and repartition Phone Memory to andriod format.
Now select any of the rom and click start if not start select the second rom file
After flashing the new OS File ,Phones power botton will be the camera Botton in some Phones .
If every thing work perfectly you will have new android os in your windows phone.
