Microsoft introduce new lock screen API .API means access controls and variable definitions for developers in SDK OK now the developers get access to the lock screen API and the new lock screen API support animation so there is 100% sure that it must contain a flash support so every pattern lock is done in flash so in windows phone 8.1 pattern lock will be available soon .the new dynamic lock screen will available for 1GB RAM model in this month.for guys having 512 MB RAM they have to wait till next month .as you can see in the screenshots i am using this lock screen for some weeks it very interesting many custom animation can be included in the lock screen it work smooth in 512 Mb RAM device.ok i got the premium developer preview for you guys you get it soon and as i mentioned cybroze team is under developing a pattern lock fro windows phone 8.1 and windows phone 7 .another good news is the lock screen app is already submitted to the store for review it will available soon so stay focused join us get real updates

Windows Phone 8.1 introduces an important change in the Windows Phone developer ecosystem.
